Travel Day to Madrid

This morning we got up very early in order to catch our train to Madrid. The train travelled about 240 km per hour, the total trip being 3.25 hours. The terrain seemed much like the Midwest. These were the plains mentioned in “The rain in Spain stays mainly in the plain.” When we arrived, we had lunch in a cute cafe, and did the grocery shopping. We will be here six days. The Airbnb is pretty sparse. We think we may be the first ones to ever rent it.Meer informatie
