    December 27, 2019 in Thailand ⋅ ⛅ 29 °C

Today we were with the crew by the pool then met up at Soi Ram Butri which Lisa showed me and is a cool place to start since it's more chilled and a nicer area. Then we went onto Khaosan Road for some beer towers, Sophie also took a nap.
We ended the night all eating chillies which made me sweat and cry.

  • The winding road to Pai

    January 2, 2020 in Thailand ⋅ ☀️ 23 °C

Early start for the trip to Pai which is only around 80K but it takes 4 hours and we were all handed sick bags at the start of the journey because of the nearly 750 bends taking you through the hills.
The town is surrounded by mountains and has an epic street market everyday!

    January 5, 2020 in Thailand ⋅ ☀️ 27 °C

Exploring Pai's crust we found the Land Split which was pretty cool, we got to walk inside the floor of the split and then went to see the Bamboo Bridge which is a walkway through rice fields. We're in dry season so that's why it doesnt look quite so green!
Narawat bridge was built in 1912.

  • Exploring the crust of the Pai slice 2

    January 5, 2020 in Thailand ⋅ ⛅ 27 °C

We then went onwards to the Pai Canyon.
Very nice area which I didn't really explore because the walkways were so narrow and I hate heights so I wouldn't try seeing much more than the initial area.
It was still cool though we hung out playing cards and waited for the sun to go down then headed back to Pai street market for dinner.Read more
