Lithuanians Hate Putin

For many reasons, including the current war between Russia and Ukraine, Lithuanians hate Putin (and Russia in general). This sign is visible from a large portion of the city of Vilnius. It should also be noted that it is not located on just any building. This building is a governmental building where the Mayor of Vilnius has his office.
