Half-Sun Travel Plaza

Stopped at the nicest travel plaza for gas this morning. They had everything you could need from cowboy hats to snacks to food to wine tasting as well as very clean bathrooms. Excellent place to stop.

The 14 miles preceding were unexpectedly educational. They listed the crop growing in each field behind the fences on the side of the highway. We saw beans, carrots, potatoes, alfalfa, field corn, sweet corn and green manure. It also informed us that Grant County, WA is the nation's highest producing county of potatoes. 🥔Read more
