Québec City - #5

We walked along the perimeter of the city in the Promenade des Gouverneurs. The way we entered, from La Citadelle de Québec, is definitely the way to go. This had us going down most of the stairs as opposed to climbing up them. It puts you out in front of the Château Frontenac which is gorgeous and the boardwalk stunning.
