Haulte Municipale Barachois

Québec, along the Gaspé Peninsula at least, has not disappointed with the municipal rest areas. Every single town on the coast has one complete with a stunning view, picnic tables, informational signs, usually a bathroom and a structure for shade. People stop all the time at these for a quick break or a full lunch and we’ve noticed the locals always break out the table cloths and have a fancy feeling picnic on their journey.
