Hotel Leifur Eiriksson

At one point, we were told that McKelvie would have to turn in her apartment keys today in person during office hours, so we scrambled to find a hotel room for the weekend only to discover a few days later that she could actually just leave her keys in a drop box on Sunday evening before we leave for Oslo on Monday morning. I was unable to cancel our reservation, so Kelv and I will be enjoying the hospitality of the Hotel Leifur Eiriksson for the next few nights, and I think it's safe to say that we're okay with it. The view alone is worth it. Plus, this allows us to be a little more comfortable as we have been giving away or selling her apartment furniture since we got here, and I'm far too old to sleep on a concrete floor.
