Wandering the streets of Stockholm

Today was exceptionally cold but lots of fun - with temperatures barely reaching -4°C, and snow falling constantly throughout the entire day. 😅😮 Despite being the coldest that we both have ever been, it did not deter us and we managed to explore much of the Old City, despite the modest 16,000 steps count. Among the day’s highlights were the Storkyrkan, the - very nearly open - Stortorgets Julmarknad (a Christmas market), and the Royal Palace. Wow! Every corner of Stockholm really is a photo opportunity!!! (Though my frozen fingers might disagree.) 😂 I’m already looking forward to tomorrow - eager to discover and see more of this beautiful city, and (hopefully) uncover the hidden gems that it holds.Læs mere
