The adventures are not Lon-done yet!

There’s really no place like London on a sunny day! After an early start at 4:30am (and a one hour delay on the tarmac), we caught a flight from Oslo and arrived in London at 11am. We dropped our bags off at the hotel, and while Alex headed to the British Museum, I met up with a friend from Deakin University to explore the hectic Borough Markets before dawdling across the iconic Tower Bridge. Later, I wandered through Westminster taking in the famous sights of Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Fuelled by an iced latte and a Wispa chocolate bar, I then visited the festive Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park - although I didn’t actually go in, I have added it to the long list of things to do tomorrow!
