Niagara Falls, NY

Niagara Falls is amazingly powerful and beautiful. So glad we took the time to add it to our trip. Although we didn’t take a boat ride to the bottom of the falls, or walk down the stairs next the falls to get soaking wet, we enjoyed natures beauty from above. It was interesting to see Canada from across the river capitalizing on the falls beauty. Canada has a tourist tram ride that crosses the river to the halfway point which is the U.S. - Canadian border. The U.S. side is a National park so it is not so commercialized but instead capitalizes on the falls natural beauty.Read more
