Reffen Hidden Gem!

So I biked to this little community outside of the city and it is amazing!! I would recommend it to anyone. There are so many vendors in old cargo containers, it is so cute, and everything is SO good! It is right on the water, picnic tables everywhere, string lights through the walkways, and a skate park!
