Sorry, do you recognize that name? You say cheese? YES! Next stop was a medieval town where Gruyeres cheese originated! We went into the castle and I was just amazed at the article dating back before the 1600s. Like. That's more than 200 years before Canada was even founded. Then after we had lunch.
