Moving on to SantaMaria RS

On Wednesday morning Marcio brought me to the airport in Campinas, via Porto Alegre I reached Santa Maria later the day. Again some troubles during this trip: the plane in Campinas did not take off for 2h, problems with the airbus. But luckily, the time at Porto Alegre was sufficient to reach the connecting flight. From Porto Alegre on everything was getting smaller, the plane, the airport.
Oscar, my host here in SM, picked me up at the airport, a military airport, which is now used for some public flights. Very small, very tidy and the luggage is brought in by handwork. Reached my AirBNB appartemt, where I will stay for the next 2 1/2 weeks, so do not expect too many pictures during these times.
Am Mittwoch stand die Weiterreise nach Santa Maria an, Marcio hat mich morgens zum Flughafen in Campinas gefahren und dort sollte die Maschine um ~11 abheben, sie stand aber aufgrund von Problemen 2h am Flughafen. Aber der Flug konnte dennoch durchgeführt werden, und via Porto Alegre (die Zeit hier reichte, um das nächste Flugzeug zu erreichen) ging es dann nach Santa Maria RS. Das Flugzeug wurde kleiner, der Flughafen auch und das Gepäck wurde von zwei Mitarbeitern zur kleinen Abflughalle geschoben. irgendwie niedlich. Oscar, mein Gastgeber in SM hat mich dann zum Apartment gebracht, wo ich nun die nächsten 2 1/2 Wochen verbringen werde, bitte erwartet nicht eine Flut von Bildern in dieser Zeit.Read more
