Yo...I made it to Argentina. You know it's gonna be a bit of a rough flight when you spend the first 15 minutes trying to find a comfortable position. But whatever. I got to sit next to the two most lovely polite Argentinan fellas who kept checking in with side eyes to make sure I'm ok. Or to silently judge me for my choice in TV shows. I got to see one Greys Anatomy, one documentary about 1000 foot wave surfers, and four episodes of Modern Family--and one of those episodes I haven't seen before. How did that happen???
Next time you fly, I highly recommend you request a gluten free meal. Very tasty and looked a hecka lot better than the saggy chicken everyone else got.
Didn't get much shut eye, mostly because the guy sitting across the aisle from me snored and coughed in his sleep. Right at me. Glad I had my face covered! Also, when he wasn't snoring, he was standing up in the aisle with his tushy pointing right at me. A super hairy back in size medium BVD red underpants was not my prime choice for viewing but I sure did get a lot of chances to see it. Ick.
I tried out my Spanish going through customs and I managed to say "Buenos dias", "muchos gracias" and "celebrity cruise" with a little pantomime of being on a boat. She smiled at me and started pantomiming back. We came to a mutual agreement and she let me into this beautiful country.
