Fromista to Carrión de los Condes

It was a leasurely 13 mile walk with beautiful cool weather. The trail was very flat and dry. As we spoke to an elderly gentleman, we learned there had been no rain since April. That explained the very dry fields and hard surfaced trails. Despite the trail, the fields had their own serene beauty. We visited the beautiful Santa Maria del Camino church which hosted a free concert at night. A wonderful American guitarist played an amazing 16 string guitar he had invented. Dinner was at a wonderful restaurant which was ironically attended by several of our Camino family.Leia mais
