Day 6 - Salceda to Lavacolla

We left nice and early this morning before the sunrise and under a misty rain. The day overall was perfect walking weather, and I felt a sense of joy and excitement all day. Just outside of Brea, we came across a lovely little donkey, and we cut up an apple and fed it to her/him. We walked through a forest of majestic tall trees covered with moss and vines (Carballeira de San Anton), and a Canadian woman sang us Dan Mullins' song "Somewhere along the Way".Read more
