Day 46 & 47,Moved to Lienz (A)

Travelled up and over the Dolomites from Lipica in Slovenia, passing through Italy on the way to Lienz in Austria, lots of hairpin bends both up and down, but some stunning views of the mountains. ( no snow!). Had a look around the town and the went back into town for a nice Austrian meal. Today we set off up the mountain on our bikes to visit a bathing lake. Worth all the pedalling especially having a coffee stop and some apple strudle. Cycled through some lovely villages. 16 miles in all, little ride today !Read more
