Bun Cha!

Ducked down the road from our hotel to grab some dinner. One of Hanoi's speciality meals is Bun Cha. Bun Cha is basically like pork rissoles with vermicelli noodles, salad and a sweet broth. We ended up getting a set meal which included some regular spring rolls, crab spring rolls, and pork skewers.

All was tasty (except the regular spring rolls which didn't have a whole bunch of flavour) and we are satiated and ready to hit the hay after a long day of commuting.Leggi altro
