Lunch in Ninh Binh

We had a supplied lunch at a restaurant in Ninh Binh to try a few speciality dishes.

Included on the menu was fried fish, spring rolls, signature sizzling goat, lemongrass chicken, steamed veggies in garlic sauce, rice and speciality rice cakes.

Everything was tasty. The goat was prepared in a way we've not had before, and we enjoyed it. The star of the show was the chicken, which was juicy, succulent and vibrant in taste.Read more
