Well finally arrived in Lisbon at around 9:30 this morning after a 30 hour trip.
Nice warm sunny day spent walking around the city, up around the castle. Big crowds with a couple of huge cruise ships in the harbour.

TravelerHi Ann. Yeah, most of the locals (and tourists) seem to speak at least some English....a lot more than our Portuguese 😉

TravelerHi Ann. Updated reply. In Lisbon and Porto a lot of people speak at least some English, but in other areas there seem to be a lot less English speakers. Google translate comes in handy, and also a bit of guess work 😀
