Happy Birthday to me. Today we left Stansbury and went to Whyalla. Trip took about 4 hours and was approx 380 km. Gary took me to Vegas hotel for diner and after we went to Whyalla jetty
Venus Bay

Today we left Whyalla and went to Venus Bay for 5 nights. Went through Cowell, Cleve, Lock and Elliston. Approx 350kms and took about 3.5 hours. Park is full but we got the last site available. WentЧитать далее

Left Venus Bay and was going to go to Fowlers but after speaking to BT guy in the caravan park we were turned off and decided to go to Penong instead. Was quite warm, the park was clean but boring. NoЧитать далее
Fowlers Bay

Drove to Fowlers bay today. Was beautiful to look at but horrible March Flies
Crossing over the Nullarbor

Drove from Penong to Madura 600 km. We were originally going to stay at Border Village but decided to move on due to gaining 2.5 hours with time difference between SA & WA
Nearly there

Left Madura at sparrow fart and got to Norseman. Aporox 530 kmsYay we have phone reception again.
Esperance

Arrived and very tired after a few days on the road. Just set up and relaxed

Today we had a very easy day and caught up on cleaning and washing. Car was filthy.
Learnt a new game Finska which we played with others in the park
Esperance Great Ocean Drive

Today we drove Esperance's Great Ocean Drive. Stunning scenery along the coast, with pristine beaches. Beaches visited included West Beach, Blue Haven Twighlight Beach. Also climbed Observatory PointЧитать далее
Lucky Bay

Today we headed of to Lucky Bay. The sand on the beach is very fine and squeaks when you walk on it. We were also lucky to see a few Kangaroos on the Beach. Also visited Thistle Cove where the onlyЧитать далее
Recerche Archipelago

Today we went on a cruise around Recerche Archipelago. The archipelago consists of over a hundred islands, of which only three do not have snakes. Among the wildlife seen were Australian Sealions.Читать далее
Final Night in Esperance

After two weeks in Esperance, it is time to move on . Been a very enjoyable stay. Next stop Bremer Bay
Bremer Bay

Stopped in Bremer Bay for three days to break up the drive to Albany. Nice little fishing town. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best so sightseeing was limited.

Arrived in Albany. Staying at King River Palms Caravan Park. Drinks around campfire on river bank. Next few days look like being a bit wet

Today we went for a drive around Albany. Saw The Gap and some fantastic rock formations including a natural bridge.
Albany & Surrounds

More sightseeing around Albany. Went down to the blow holes. walk back up was a struggle. Rain set in after lunch. Found a Spotlight & a BCF, not to mention Uncle Dan's, so all is right with world.Читать далее
Mount Barker Murals

Drove up to Porongurup & Mt Barker today. Raining nearly all day , so gave the granite skywalk a miss for now. Mt Barker has several wall murals around town. Made a nice change from coastline photos
National Anzac Centre and Chainsaw sculp

Today we went to the National Anzac Centre which was very interesting and sad to relive the lives of some of the soldiers. In the afternoon we went to see some chainsaw sculptures.
Denmark
