520km to go!!

A long 90km ride today in undulating terrain. Another 2 days of that and we will be in the coffee capital of Vietnam which we are very excited about. We've also discovered that the freshly squeezed sugar cane drink they sell at the side of the road wherever you look tastes surprisingly good and if the ice doesn't kill you, it works brilliantly as an energy drink too!

However yesterday we had a nasty experience involving a beef hot pot. The selection of 'restaurants' near our home stay was fairly limited so when we saw a picture of a delicious bubbling pot of beefy goodness, we got excited! Despite it being the most expensive thing we've eaten in a loooong time (£4.44), it turned out to be heart, stomach, tongue and something else we're not sure about. Absolutely hideous.
