Day Two: ///dominating.suave.allowable. Wake up to a wonderfully cool morning. Coffee, showers and a quick pack up and it's already 70° by 8:30. Climb, climb and more climbing before we grab breakfast at 7,640 feet. The rest of the day is wide open, smokey driving and a slow descent. It's another hot day to be thankful for good AC. We arrive in Casper, Wyoming and check into the local KOA, selected for it's location and 30 AMP plugins to run the air conditioning. Late lunch and we explore the area. We stay hunkered down until the sun starts to set and then enjoy a quickly cooling, breezy evening. Dinner of cheese and crackers we make it until 9:00 and then crash.Read more
