Close but no Cigoc

Today we visited Cigoc which is famous for being the stork village - almost all of the houses have storks nests on the roofs as they come here to breed & raise their young over the summer. Unfortunately they all buggered off back to Africa about 2 weeks ago! So we had to make do with the fake stork, some cows & some horses 🤣 We also spotted a few 'doer upper' properties for sale within the park area - you can purchase a couple of acres with a rotting wooden house thrown in for around £20k.
