Gillard Beach

We took the dirt road in here and we're rewarded with a nice beach. The sand is quite yellow and is squeaky sand. When you walk on the dry sand it makes quite a loud noise. At the northern end is some pretty interesting rocks. The beach rolls of quite steeply and the waves look quite strong and treacherous. There are numerous warnings about swimming here.Read more
