    Mossy Point would be the last point we would visit on this part of the coast today. A huge anchor was dedicated to the great old Captain Cook. Recovered from the bay and installed in pride of place on the point in 1970. The anchor was said to have been an aid to navigation for many years.

    At this point the waves were very impressive and photographs were attempted. Great views to North and south and some of the crashing waves.
