Springbrook National Park

A walk in daytime here is a different kind of interesting. At night as I already explained is a natural wonder of the glow worms. In day the walk takes on a whole different light... literally.

The pathways are very good and the walk is easier than one would expect. A delightful stroll down the steps to enjoy the forest on the way to the waterfall. You don't see the glow worms but the waterfall is magnificent.

The tumbling water is deafening as it drops from high above. It collects in the cave and pools before it makes it way down the stream. The pool looks quite a nice shade of green from the reflected light of the plants outside the cave.

As you continue further along the path you end up at another view from the top of the falls. This circuit is actually about one kilometre but definitely does not seem that far. If you come here to view the glow worms, I would suggest getting here earlier to experience the other aspect.Lue lisää
