    Ross River Walk

    Today is perfect for a walk. The weather is cooler and sunny. We expect the walk to take several hours since we stop often and enjoy all the sights. First is the very pretty water lilies. They are quite splendid and in large areas.

    Up a bit is a spot where turtles are frequently fed by the public. Although bread is not good for them, this is exactly what people chuck in. We saw hundreds of turtles and one very large eel. There were also feral goldfish.
