Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

Halifax was a great half-day stop and a nice introduction to Nova Scotia. Our sightseeing tour took us through the city's historic waterfront, past the impressive Citadel, and into neighborhoods filled with beautiful old homes and tree-lined streets.

We also learned about Halifax's strong maritime history, including its connection to the Titanic and the devastating 1917 Halifax Explosion. It was a relaxing afternoon that combined beautiful coastal views with plenty of interesting history.Read more
