We (Franzi and Sara) started at the middle entrance „Calabazo“ and took the motorcycle for the first part - uphill and quite bumpy. We had about 2 hours of hiking ahead up and down through the jungle of Colombia to Playa Brava. We heard the howler monkeys 🐒, saw lizards and huge grasshoppers. Playa Brava 🏝 is a dream beach - white sand, blue water, palm trees, hammocks and just a handful of people. After another 3 hours of sweaty hiking through the jungle and along beautiful beaches we arrived at our campsite ⛺️ right in front of the Caribbean Ocean - Cabo San Juan. After the shower I felt like newborn. We were allowed to watch a beautiful sunset.Read more
