Kathmandu - Cooking class

Shiva invited us to his home to meet his family and to help his wife to prepare a cooking class for the Shobhana project.

A little surprised and perhaps also a little shocked at the simple conditions under which people live in Nepal, but how satisfied they are with their lives despite this. The family of 4 have around 45qm to live - bedroom, living room, a small kitchen, a tiny dining room and bathroom.

Krishna, the wife of Shiva, taught us how to prepare Momos and we came up with a format and structure for the cooking class, which will take place online in a few weeks.Read more
