Day #144 Kazakhstan

Travelled to Charyn Canyon in the morning through the mountains and countryside, which is beautiful.

The canyon was lovely and actually not that busy. The rocks were lots of different colours; red, black and green. We saw lots of cows, donkeys and horses on the road, as well as some eagles flying. We saw a few great gerbils running about in the canyon as well.

We continued to Saty and checked into the guest house for the next 3 nights. It's a lovely a-frame style studio.Read more
