Greyfriars Bobby's Bar

Nik - We've arrived in Edinburgh and are settled in to our cute little rooms at Cows Gate Head, just down from the Grass Market.

So far we've been on a very brief walk and have stopped for a very early dinner as we've been on the move since breakfast and only had half a sandwich on the train.

I love the story of Bobby. He was the goodest boy.

PS - We're eating at Greyfriars Bobby Bar. I had the Puy Lentil and Vegetables Cottage Pie with sweet potato and carrot mash on top. It was so delicious and wanted to make a note of it here so I remember to try to recreate it at home.Læs mere
