Train Trip from Whitby to Goathland

Suzie - This was absolutely fabulous fun and there were so many people that wanted to join in on the trip!

The train was meant to go from Whitby to Pickering, however there was a fire on the line so it wouldn't go any further from Goathland. No one was hurt, thankfully and the other passengers were catching coaches to their destinations.

We went through one of the oldest train tunnels in the world at Grosmont station. It was pretty special and it was built in 1835 😀😀Læs mere
