These amazing snowy mountains forming part of the Southern Alps are majestic and form a gorgeous backdrop to Lake Wakatipu as you leave (or arrive) Queenstown.

We were going to go to base camp, however due to unsafe weather conditions, we were unable to do so. Yet another reason to come back to this fabulous part of the world!Lue lisää
