Valle de la Luna

This afternoon we headed out to the Moon, here on Earth. Stepping out of the bus to overlook the clearly very violent events that have happened in this very unstable region of the world. Backing up that info was the many volcanos along the horizon which form the border between Chile and Bolivia.

We visited a former salt mining area where stood natural art of the three sisters. We finished by going up to a big hill area that over looked the town. Where we stopped and watched the sun set and having some snacks.Read more
