One of those strange life moments where yesterday we were eating in one of the most expensive and top rated restaurants in the world, celebrating the flavours and techniques of using Australian native ingredients with perfection. Then today sitting in a graffiti covered train carriage at the top of a building eating burgers, hotdogs, mac n cheese and wings with barely organised staff... But here we are. PS.
