Monarto Safari Park

Apart from a small timing mistake on our behalf, we had an amazing time at the Safari Park. We got on the first bus, and it was guided by Glen, a retired gentleman who had a very clear passion for this Park and wildlife in general. So, having him as our guide was a great start to the day, and it was on the bus that was allowed to go everywhere. The timing of that first bus is great because the animals are active, and we got a full experience from the very beginning, and mostly private experience since there were only 5 people on the bus. He said his favorite buses were the first and last buses of the day, and we managed to get on the last bus too, and again, he was back on there by chance. We also did their Lion360 experience, including feeding. Essentially, it's a big cage where the lions can climb up on and around over you. The feeding was a bonus that Alex booked for us, which meant we got to hand-feed them meat through the cage.Læs mere
