This was a fascinating stop. A former school excursion facility that has been converted into an education center for farming.

The amount of thought process and care that Todd has done to make his farm as self-sufficient as possible was so interesting to learn about. The way the compost feeds the worms, worms feed the fish, fish fertilise the plants, plants go back into the fertiliser.
