Banyuls-sur-Mer: Great wines

We had one day left and also one travel-day on our Interrail pass to spare.
Banyuls isn't too far away and on top of that the origin of one of France's most famous Vin doux naturel.
Of course, we had all too little time but got to taste some samples and learned a lot about wine-making.
Both near Port-la-Nouvelle and along most of the coast there were heaps of flamingoes in the shallow lagunes and salinas.Meer informatie
