Game of Thrones/Dubrovnik History Tour

So interesting, Boris was an extra in game of thrones, he hoped (like all his friends) to be a manly part, maybe a Knight or Dothraki... He was given the role of 'Exotic Boy 1' - a male prostitute dressed in a lovely gold dress 😂

He was also a history and politics geek so he told us much more than just game of thrones anecdotes, including a funny story about ancient football, where there were 27 men per team, you could kick or carry the ball, and there were NO FOULS. The official pitch in Dubrovnik was just a long cobbled street outside a cathedral and the Bishop ended up carving in Latin 'Always remember you will meet God in the end' to highlight they were being judged and should stop causing such a nuisance, the 16th century graffiti is still there!

It was supposed to be a group tour, but only us turned up so it was private.
