Helsinki Cathedral Crypt

Fitting with the Finnish stereotype of humbleness and modesty, this crypt went hundreds of years totally empty, as despite being a religious nation, they never deemed anyone important enough to be buried there 😂
To this day no one has been important enough, so it's now a cafe and art exhibit which apparently fits with another Finnish trait of being one of the worlds most coffee drinking nations (to get through the long dark winters)Weiterlesen
