• 1980 Russian Olympic Stadium

    4. september 2022, Estland ⋅ ⛅ 13 °C

Now mostly abandoned, but still standing, is a huge Olympic Stadium in Estonia. Built back when Russia was still ruling there, they built the huge stadium to hold boating events, as well as a 50,000 capacity arena plus other features such a a helipad. It was apparently designed to show off the Russians skillful cement pouring skills.

Essentially a chilling spot for local teens now, it's falling apart and covered in graffiti but the ground floor is secured and full of nice cars 🤔 and the helipad was in use while we were there multiple times.

We parked here for the night.
