    Realised this was the 13th different park Lennon has been to this year, so now am aiming to get to as many as possible while we are travelling

    Waiting here for our early morning ferry. Later on Lennon took it upon himself to get the brush, sweep up, wipe himself and the over and hang up the cloth 🤣

    We parked up in a sleepy, seemingly pensioners only town 😂
    The building we camped outside was a shut pub, which looked satisfyingly German.

    Feel very bright, young and noisy here and everyone who sees us stares 😂 but it's peaceful and great for Lennon to be the only child below the age of 32 in town, because he has private use of the multiple playgrounds there are here in this park without a single child in his way!

    Hopefully we make it out of here alive, and aren't taken for our youth power, so the residents can live another few weeks 😬    Read more

    Quick stop for a play and a wander between driving. Seems like on Sundays people stay silently in bed round here 😂 everywhere we go is a ghost town. But nice to see a small little German town that wasn't touristy at all.

    It was actually snowing for the majority of the time, very lightly... Its what the hair picture is haha tiny snowflakes in my hair

    We found huge vats of milk for people we assume who must collect it from there 😂 bit annoying actually as we have been out of milk for 2 days and all the shops are closed today for Sunday 😭 so I really wish I could have made a coffee with a bit of it 😂    Read more

    'Last' Day of Driving

    We made it up to the top... Van in one piece 🥳

    Skiing looks much scarier than we remember it 🤣

    Very dark and snowy all day today, so hopefully it will mean a nice powdery slope tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

    Walking in the snow

    After being at the top of the mountain in the atmospheric snowstorms, we returned part way down to the hub of the ski area, and the sky cleared for the last hour of daylight

    After a good nosy around in preparation for tomorrow (no one here speaks any English, and all signs are only in Czech and German, no English. So it is a confusing and slow process working out what to do as 2 novices who will be alone also, while the other is with Lennon, who sadly isn't able to ski as the boots only go as small as 8's 😭) we then had a wander through the forest where Lennon learned he can run and jump face first into snow without being hurt 😂 and I learned skiers pop up absolutely everywhere at this altitude 😂Read more

    Not much time to take photos when your hurtling down a mountain trying not to trip and die.

    Brace snowboarded all morning and I went skiing all afternoon.

    Lennon stayed cosy in bed for a lot of the day 🤣 he loves 'resting' now, very vocally... He also went for some walks in the snow, and in big news...

    After realising it had cost £25 for a 1 year old to go into the playgym... Lennon was forced to have fun whether he liked it or not. He mainly did not. When we got back to the van his temp was 102 🤭

    Our second walking tour of a capital city this trip (we did one in Prague too)

    I struggled to hear him, so I can't relay the information 😂 but Vienna is beautiful and a cool thing about it is it has the most green space in a city in the world by far and people are really happy here, the government keeps a lot of rental accommodation in the city and rent it out at extremely low prices to keep and encourage a diverse population and to broaden the mix of cultures and new arrivals.
