Herrnhaag, Germany

A two-day return to the Moravian Society at Herrnhaag, to have more deliberate conversations about community life. Even for my short visit, they made me feel so at home. Enjoyed a nice 10k run up to Ronneburg Castle (a temporary first home for the early Moravian community in the 1740's). Joined the first part of the Society's weekly meeting Monday night. Also noticed that an old headstone in the Saal remembers a Moravian sister who was part of the Basel community.Leer más
