Montreal

Beautiful and clean town with variety of nationalities. French is spoken although residents speak English as well. All street signs are in French and I saw no English translation except for parking meters. Clean and safe for the most part but there are places where it can feel less safe. Numerous beggers in the streets especially closer to the old town and the port. College area supposedly not safe. Old port/town area is rich and affluent.
