Not Quite Half-way to Greeley, CO.

We had a decent breakfast with our friend Mary, Albuquerque, and left pretty much on time just after 8:00 a.m. this morning. It is now 12:30 and we're almost halfway to our destination in Colorado, having lunch on a vacant site in Alamosa, Colorado. The drive has been interesting with each of us a trading off after 2 hours. What is so interesting to my desert weary eyes out of Arizona are the streams and the creeks full of what is colloquial called a runoff or snow melt. I saw snow on the peaks all around in the direction we're driving in North of course.
