Rain... rain and more rain

Colorado residents are getting a little bit tired with all the rain we've had here in Colorado. It's been the wettest May for a good number of years maybe decades and it just buys into climate crisis and stuff again. however I am certain that the Colorado River and so many millions who depend on its water must be smiling because the rain I mean the water is just lying in fields and all over the place.
We postponed leaving today until tomorrow, and we will shortly be having a planning meeting to see which way we go to head into Wyoming. or whether we should venture off and along a Blue Highway into South Dakota. There's been a good bit of talk about some geology that could be very interesting in South Dakota.
in the meantime I am perusing a wonderful little book I bought off Kindle called Yoga Laughter and reading about the benefits of laughter like "ha, ha, ha, ho, ho, ho..." and exuding breath through laughter by laughing, and thereby breathing out and all the toxicity in the lungs before breathing a smaller amount in, breathing out more than breathing in - I wish I have just discovered is the basis of yoga and the prayama (spelling?) method of yoga!
