We're extending our stay here till 11:59 (am) Thursday.

Rained again last night. We planned on scaling a fence to get a different perspective of the alpine meadow, BUT, meadows have grass, in this case, longish grass - longish wet grass now. Campsite is still waterlogged.
Our evenings are enlivened and are maturing... I started teaching Connie chess last year. She taught me Quidler (image scrabble played on cards) Connie is improving at chess. I am improving at Quidler. So... "Connie, that's check-mate!"
