Neuschwanstein tour and panorama point

We checked into our hotel room with a great view of the alps. Then hiked back up to Neuschwanstein castle by way of panorama point. Beautiful and just doesn’t even feel real. Learned about King Ludwig II a bit more. He was obsessed with building these romantic castles because he felt himself a reincarnate of the knights of the round table. He also felt he was put on the throne by god so most of the presentation rooms were cathedral-like. Gorgeous details but he didn’t want anyone else in these castles other than servants.Read more
